Dominique Murray


Litigation and Trial Background

Ms. Murray has particular experience in complex commercial and antitrust litigation. She concentrates on commercial matters, federal practice, and professional liability defense, and has represented the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in federal court, prevailing on multiple motions for intervention and dismissal of claims.  Her extensive experience also includes preparation of pleadings, taking and defending depositions, oral argument, complex motion practice, and appeals, and she frequently consults on e-discovery issues, including matters involving foreign privacy law implications.  Ms. Murray is fluent in German, and interned at the largest law firm in Switzerland.
